REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at BROTHER'S CLUB!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have already passed since the date of purchase, it will not be possible to offer any type of refund and/or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer refunds for items sold at full price. Items on sale or with a discount cannot be returned.

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • defective, or

  • damaged in transit

Items Not Covered

The following items are not covered by the returns policy:

  • Gift cards

  • Some hygiene, health and personal care items (where applicable)

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account first.

  2. Next, contact your credit card company (it may take a few days for the refund to officially appear).

  3. Then, contact your bank (there is usually some processing time).

If you have already done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us through:

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Depending on your location, delivery time may vary.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no record/tracking of the shipment.
