By placing an order, you agree to the following terms of sale. All orders are subject to product availability, price confirmation, and order acceptance.

When you place an order, you will receive a summary by email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but rather an acknowledgment of your interest in purchasing. A sales contract will only be concluded when you receive an email notifying you that your order is being prepared.
BROTHER'S CLUB is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from a delay in the delivery of an order, including any loss of results or profits. In case of a delivery delay, the amount to be refunded to the customer can never exceed the amount paid for shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for our sole discretionary reasons.
Prices, promotions and stock
Although we take measures to ensure that pricing, promotions and stock availability information is correct, errors may occur. If an error related to the price or stock availability of your order is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

All prices include VAT at the current legal rate.
Promotions cannot be combined. It is not possible to use more than one coupon or discount code per order, nor to apply coupons or discount codes to products that are already on sale.
